Everyone was devastated when they found out that Angel Locsin will no longer be the star of the upcoming movie of 'Darna'. It was supposed to happen in 2016 but Angel had a spinal problem so she had to go through treatment and therapies.
The former 'Darna' claims that there is already a chosen 'Darna' that would fill in the shoes that she was supposed to have.
In her Instagram post she said, "And I hope and pray that you will give the same amount of love ad support to the new Darna. Rest assured that the ABS-CBN had already chosen the perfect feet to fill in Darna's boots, Again, Thank you"
Angel did not say whether who is going to be replacing her on the movie. But the Kapamilya recently released a survey that asked the netizens on who will be the next 'Darna'.
The nominations for the role includes Nadine Lustre, Jessy Mendiola and Liza Soberano. This survey gained a lot of negative feedback from the netizens.
