The latest victim of the 'Laglag-bala' gang captured the incident on a video as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Officials were doing their little secret.
The 20-year-old American Tourist named Lane Michael White was the victim in the video. The footage was captured by his stepmother Eloisa Zoleta.
Lane White was brought in the office of the PNP's Aviation Security Group asking him to admit that the bullet belongs to him. He was forces to admit the allegations about bringing the bullet in the airport.
The authorities threatened him that he will be hold at the airport. They claim that he needs to settle the payment of P30, 000 to remove the charges that were about to be filed against him.
Now, the Avaiation Security claims that they are contacting the officers who were involved in the footage that was captured.
The side of White said that they will be using the video as an evidence that he is innocent.
