The Philippines took pride as the 29-year-old Filipina Transgender brought home the bacon and was crowned as the 'Miss International Queen 2015'.
The prestigious pageant is the largest beauty pageant for Transgenders. It took place in Thailand last Friday whereas more than 20 Transgenders competed against each other.
And among those contestants, Trixie Maristela was the one who was hailed as the winner of the pageant. People claim that she took a big step from being the winner of Eat Bulaga's Super Sireyna last 2014, her beauty and brains conquered the international pageant as well.
Miss Brazil got the 1st runner up. While the representative of Thailand, came in at 2nd runner up.
"I still can't believe that I won. Right now, I don't know what I'm going to do next, but I'm very thankful too, you know, to be given this chance to win Miss International Queen, which is a very, very prestigious pageant for Transgenders," Trixie stated.
Trixie said that these kinds of pageants made them feel confident about what they do. It made them feel that they are relative to the society.
