Nowadays crimes are unpredictable. They happen anytime from anywhere for which you can't possibly get yourself ready from it. What's worst is, you never know, you maybe the next victim.
In a recent video clip , it is showing three unidentified men believe to be victimizing a woman inside a public jeepney by dropping on coins, is circulating around the internet.
Astig Tao, the one who uploaded the video on Youtube, has written that the footage is taken last Friday, June 12 inside the jeepney plying the route 13C that transverse Barangay Talamban going to downtown Cebu City and vice versa. The video is showing how this group of guys are able to do their modus operandi without being noticed by the lady.
The victim, unaware of what is happening, tends to move closer to the other two suspects, as the other one picks up the coins. The two men seating beside the lady apear to be observing their comrade. One man is holding a black backpack for which he use to cover his arm while the other appears to be a look out. As the video ends, it can be seen that the man with a backpack is holding a white wallet. He later on checks the content of it. Astig Tao claims that there are four of them but the other one is not seen in the video.
