Are you familiar with Hillarie Danielle Parungao? Well, she's the Philippines' representative in the Miss Asia Pacific World back in 2013, however, she've lost her way to winning the title.
But she kept her hopes up and joined another beauty pageant once again. The fine lady from Nueva Vizcaya stood out from the rest of the women, and I must admit that she's indeed the best among girls!

She may have lost he chance in becoming the Miss Asia Pacific World, but then, she luckily won as Miss World Philippines 2015, and she's the first pure Filipina who has ever won the title!
