A disturbing scene was caught on camera by the ABS-CBN media. A gang fight is happening between two groups that includes children with ages 11-15.
Bottles and rocks were flying all over the place at Brgy. Tonsuya, Malabon City. These kids claim that there had been an ongoing battle between different gangs at the same location.
These kids were even carrying pipes, baseball bats and even with improvised guns.
What was more surprising is that not even a single police officer came in to stop these kids from creating a riot that wounded them?
When the media came to the precinct they found out that the officers were sleeping.
The next day, the police officers who were supposed to be on duty when the time of the riot happened was immediately dismissed from service.
