Another Filipina dominated the stage of The Voice US. She gained praises from the lead singer of Maroon 5, Adam Levine.
Amy Vachal is now living in New York. She is known as the niece of Gwendolyn Garcia, who impressed the four judges on the 9th season of The Voice US.
Amy performed the timeless hit of 'Dream A Little Dream Of Me' which made all three judges turn, namely Pharell Williams, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. A standing ovation was given after her performance.
But since Adam's team does not have any slot anymore, he could not turn and pick Amy. But he gave his praises and admiration for the Filipina singer, saying, “You can win this whole thing.”
Despite hearing the promises and that Gwen and Blake gave her, even being compared to Colbie Caillat and Norah Jones, She still chose to be a part of Pharell Williams. She claims that she wanted Pharell to be her coach.
