A young girl with pretty hair, Izabel Laxamana decided to end her life after she jumped off a highway over pass. People claims that the reason why she committed suicide was because of the public shaming that her father did to her.
The video was a punishment for Izabel but it turned out to be something unexpected. The video was uploaded in the internet.

However, the Tacoma Public Information Officer Loretta Cool claims that it was not the video why Izabel killed herself. She was being bullied in school. Also, the video was uploaded by another family after the death of the young girl.
