A disturbing scene went viral over the social media sites right now. It is an incident whereas a man ended the life of a dog claiming that it is too noisy.
The 9 year old dog was shot by a man named Dominador Capispisan who is said to be a former police officer.
The owner of the dog Elaine Fermin was mourning because of the unhuman act done to her innocent dog.
Meanwhile, several people caught the screenshot of the daughter of the man behind the incident. Her name is Rox Cecilio Lizardo, who is admitting on her Facebook account that her father shot the dog because it was barking. She was even making fun of it on her Facebook account as if she was proud that the dog passed away.
