Jonathan Pitre is a fourteen year old boy who is the ambassador of the butterfly children. Butterfly children are the young people who are suffering from these rare genetic condition that needs immediate treatments.
Despite suffering from constant pain from the wounds and blisters, Jonathan remains positive about his life.
He continues to fight the pain everyday knowing that his life can only last up until he is 25. The doctors first claimed that Jonathan had this condition when he was still a baby.
He had several blisters that were not healing so he was brought to the hospital and the skin biopsy revealed the EB.
Jonathan's family is with him along the way. He had been an inspiration to a lot of people because of his dedication to fight this disease.
