There are a large number of accidents whereas the victims are children who were just playing around. But then, when it comes to cases like this the fault is always given to the driver of the vehicle.
But in this video that was captured on a CCTV Camera, you will see a yellow jeepney which is a school service. The vehice was slowly driving down the street when one child came off running from another street.
The child got hit by the jeepney. Then the driver stopped and looked at his victim. The child was brought to a hospital for some medical treatments for the injury caused by the accident.
But in cases like this, whereas the drivers were carefully driving the road, then a child comes rushing and got hit, whose fault is it? Was it a mistake of the driver or a result of careless parents?
