Sinkholes are created when the ground undergoes a slow yet natural process of erosion. The processes of these sinkholes can either be artificial or natural.
Around the world, sinkholes are spread out. It can be seen from anywhere in the world. It may be called black holes, blue holes, cenotes, sotanos, Tiankengs or Tomo. These are just several names.
The following sink holes will capture your eyes:
1. Great Blue Hole can be seen on the coast of Belise.
2. Sinkhole was found on the home of a man in Guatemala City.
3. After the Tropical Storm Agatha, a giant sinkhole appeared in Guatemala City.
4. 180 feet deep and 120 feet wide sinkhole in the South West of Mulberry
5. Car fell into the sinkhole at Owings Mills mall with two passengers
6. In Baltimore, a sinkhole appeared from a drainage because of continuous heavy rains.
7. Giant sinkhole in Shiliuzhuang road in Beijing happened overnight
8. Crossroad collapsed in Hefei, Anhi province.
9. In San Diego, a sinkhole happened at the Interstate 15 caused by a drainage pipe.
10. 150 meters wide and 50 meters deep, a growing sinkhole was found int he Qingquan primary school.
This holes are really dangerous because you will never know when it is going to collapse. It is one of the natural disasters that does not have a timeline when it's going to happen.
Some find these holes amazing but some are afraid of it.
