While they were stuck in traffic along the Miami Highway, the 5-month-old baby Sebastian stopped crying which alerted his aunt Pamela Rauseo.
Pam claims that something was not right because normally baby Sebastian would have tantrums when they are stuck in a long traffic. She immediately pulled over to check her nephew.
Baby Sebastian was unconscious, not breathing and had turned blue. Aunt Pamela immediately took him out of the car seat and as fear was on her mind, she tried to call 911 but failed to do so.
She was asking for other people's help thankfully someone stopped and helped her.
Pamela knew how to perform CPR on Sebastian which was very helpful. The baby regained consciousness and the Fire Rescue checked on him to see if he needs any medical treatments.
Thanks to his Aunt Pamela his life was saved.
