Total of 36 people died on a Boat accident in Ormoc City

36 people were killed on an unlucky accident that happened on Ormoc City. This is based on the report that was given by the officials of Ormoc City.  

A photo of the boat that is upside down was captured by the Philippine Coast Guard as they were doing a search and rescue operation on Thursday. 

The boat was originally carrying 173 passengers that were bound to Camotes Island. A total number of one hundred and eighteen passengers were rescued and 21 are still missing. 

CDRMMO, Ormoc City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the death count has reached a number of 36 people after travelling a kilometer from the pier. The incident took place on Thursday afternoon. 

The authorities have not yet released the true conditions of the passengers that were rescued but some photos by Serbisyo Publiko, a lot of passengers were taken back to the port. Most of them are unconscious.

Hippopotamus Attacks An Alligator
Hippopotamus is one of the largest animals in the wild. It  has the capability to consume up to 80 lbs of grass and fruits. They are known to be herbivores, but an interesting photo had been making rounds over the social media sites.

This photo was a capture scene by a photographer that the hippopotamus was attacking a crocodile. But what was the reason why it attacked the predator?

It was because of the best intuition, a mother's instinct. The mother had her calf nearby. The mother hippopotamus had no plan of eating the crocodile, but it attacked because she wanted to protect her baby hippo.

The mother hippopotamus charged out of the water and attacked the crocodile. She was able to grip the crocodile, but it escaped and nowhere to be seen. It was a very close call for the crocodile, luckily, it escaped and it was seen that the crocodile would need time for recovery.

After frightening the crocodile, the mother hippo went back to her baby hippo to continue their bond.

It is really wonderful how mothers could have the instinct whenever their babies are in danger. And it is surprising that they could do so many great things because of their love for their children.

Kathy Rosario of K Ro Photography has a huge interest in capturing exceptional pregnancy, childbirths and babies. Stunning photos were being produced whenever she uses the magic of her profession with the help of her camera. 

But for Kathy, capturing a water birth from her friend who is also a fellow photographer is a new thing. So she decided to grab the opportunity to take photos in a different degree. 

Not all people are qualified to undergo a water birth, but her friend is really suitable to gave birth with this unique way.  

"I have photographed quite a few births already, but nothing quite compared to the serenity of a home water birth." exclaimed by Kathy.

The stages that her friend undergone was captured. She was seen with a treat of popsicle to cope up with the pain of her labor.

After the baby had gone out, the mom took it and held it on her arms. It was a sweet moment between the mother and the child. It was her third baby. After having 2 handsome sons, she finally gave birth to a healthy beautiful girl. 

All the pain and sufferings had gone away when she say her little angel. A sweet little smile was flashed upon the face of the mother.

After her lessons, the two guys have asked her to teach them how to billy dance just like how she has presented it before. The two comes in prepared, having costumes to wear for the dance lessons. Vhong and Billy, who are known to be good dancers try to incorporate a new step that little Xia can dance. They teach her how to dance "Nae Nae". On the other hand, Xia is game on to learn the popular dance craze. It takes a while to finally master the step and as soon as she gets her rhythm, she gets hooked.

Besides doing hosting and teaching British accents, she proves everyone she can dance. Little Xia looks so adorable while dancing "Nae Nae" and belly dancing at the same time. The whole show is sending  good vibes to everyone.

Superheroes come in different shapes and appearances, but not all of them have superpowers. Some don't even need a cape or a costume to show that they can help someone. 

And being a hero doesn't always mean to sacrifice your life for someone else. Sometimes it can be as simple as saving a family of ducks from the storm drain. 

If you are going to see the video, it appears that these guys were trying to get something from the storm drainage. It seems like it is something that is valuable like a gadget or precious material.

Using their handheld fish-net they reached for the drainage and to your surprise you will that it was a bunch of ducklings that fell off the drainage. 

As soon as the ducklings were saved from the drainage, they immediately went to their mother duck and reunited. 

It is surprising to see that there are still good people who care for the animal despite knowing that it is not their obligation to help it. 

This is a tremendous act done by these two amazing gentlemen. Let's wish that the people could be surrounded by more of this kind of people.

Filipinos are known to be good in singing. A lot of our singer had dominated the international stage as well. For example, The Voice of the Philippines Coach Lea Salonga, she is one of the icons when it comes to singing. She had made a remarkable success in her career. 

There are a lot more of these talented singers still waiting to be discovered. Another video  that became vial is the kid named Alvin Dahan, who came from  Davao City.

Alvin possesses the characteristics of a great singer that could be famous. His high notes when he sang the Jessie J song, Domino in a karaoke was brilliant that it gained more than 600 thousand views on Facebook. 

Despite the fact that the Karaoke had a lot of echo, his voice still stands out. It could not be ignored on how beautiful he sung the song. 

This kid should be given an opportunity to hit the national stage where every Filipinos can see how talented this kid is. He had brought the singing in a different degree that everyone wants more from him.

Woman sells artworks for P15 instead of asking for alms

Instead of asking other people to donate something, this woman creates her own artworks and sells it for 15 pesos only. 

The Facebook photo was uploaded by a woman named Judy Ann Samorin. She shared the photo of the amazing woman trying to earn money for a living. 

This woman was making her masterpieces along Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue. Judy said that she was amazed by how this woman was gifted the creativity to use it instead of depending on the alms that she could get. Instead of just asking for help, she wanted to earn it.


A lot of people were inspired by this artist to work harder to achieve what you want and stop depending on other people. 

Most of the comments on Facebook is asking where they would find the woman so that they could give her some art supplies that she could use for the profession that she choose. 

Some people are even hoping that somebody would help her in sponsoring her own exhibit to display her incredible artwork.

 Party-Goers became Viral, Netizens were angry

There's nothing wrong with drinking and partying as long as you know your limits. You should be responsible enough for every action that you do. 

But this series of photos will make you realize what kind of teenagers this generation has. It may not be all, but most of them thinks that what they do whenever they are partying is cool. But it is not. 

These scandalous photos were taken sometime in March of 2014. Some say that it was an underground party that was organized by a bunch of party-goers as well. Although the true story behind these photos is still unknown, it can be seen that the party had gotten out of control.

As seen in the photos, these teens got wild and made several poses that  are not appealing to the eyes of other people.  What is even worse is that some of these people were underage. They are all under the influence of alcoholic beverages which did not quite resulted well.

You can party all you want as long as you know when to stop or when it is appropriate to act this way.

This is not how a parent would want to see their children. They are working hard just to pay for their classes and earn a degree, but this kind of occasions could ruin their future.
