A shoplifting woman was reported. Instead of arresting her, the Officer did something very memorable!

A lot of negative issues are coming up on the news about the police in different countries. Sometimes people's faith to the authorities are slowly fading because of this issue.

But one officer will make you proud. He is Officer Mark Engravell from the Roeland Park Police Department. He made a small act that will forever be remembered by the family that he helped out.

One day, he responded to a complaint of a shoplifting in Walmart. When he arrived at the store, he saw a woman named Sarah Robinson who was the suspect for the incident along with 3 of her 6 children.

The officer asked the background of the mother. She has six children who are Emily, Sophia, Angelina, Miley, Becky and Bella.  They had been living in their car for quite some time because they do not have any money after her husband died 4 years ago. But unfortunately, their car was stolen along with their other stuff.

This revelation made the officer decided not to arrest the woman. Instead, he paid the $300 worth of baby wipes, diapers, shoes and clothes for the children.

After that incident, a lot of people in the community showed their support for the family. This is an act that the family will remember forever.
